Hi, I'm Michael
I’m a First-Year Mathematics student @ the University of Waterloo with a passion for Machine Learning. I plan to declare a major in Data Science or Applied Mathematics with Scientific Computing & Machine Learning by the end of this school year. Currently, I'm a part of Project See-DR @ WAT.ai developing UNet semantic segmentation architectures for diabetic retinopathy lesion detection. Outside of academics, I’ve spent 4 years coaching tennis @ Unionville Tennis Club + one winter @ Premier Racquet Clubs Markham. Also on the University of Waterloo's Varsity Cross-Country Team.
